In the field of education, assessment is an important process of achieving possible learning outcomes. Mixed method approach was applied in collecting the data from different administration, head of department, junior and senior teachers working in STEP and other non-formal education institutes of the country. The findings indicate that mostly teachers focus on assessment of learning and are not aware of using assessment for learning.
